Intuitive Works is a collection created through the philosophy and practice of Intentional Creativity® and Art Medicine™. Each piece begins with accessing a deeper level of consciousness and a moment of inquiry—a question, a feeling, or an inner observation or prompt—and unfolds through layers of mark-making, color, gesture, and symbolic exploration. Rather than planning an image in advance, I allow the painting to emerge from within, responding to what arises on the canvas with curiosity and presence. I call this creating from the inside out, rather than the outside in.
 

This process quiets the inner critic and invites a deeper conversation with oneself, or one's Muse. The resulting paintings often reveal forms, patterns, and stories that were not consciously intended but become meaningful through their layered evolution.
